Andy
Collins is probably best known as the host of BBC1's popular
gardening show 'Garden SOS''. It proved to
be the perfect show for Andy's warm, friendly and outgoing personality.
He also hosted ITV1's prime time show Family Fortunes
following the footsteps of Bob Monkhouse, Max Bygraves and Les
Denis.

One
of Andy's earliest performance on stage was in the hit musical
"Bugsy Malone". During the next ten
years Andy experienced just about every aspect of the entertainment
industry From, Shakespeare to Stand up, Clubland to Cabaret. MTV
to CITV. He also become one of the most sort after TV warm up
artistes in the business. Working with such greats as Ant
and Dec, Cilla Black, Chris
Tarrant & many other household names. His enthusiasm
combined with his natural talent has ensured Andy has rarely been
off the small screen.
Other
TV credits include "Games World Live",
"Game Over", "Techno Games",
"Pump It Up", "Death by
Christmas", "Lost in the Woods"
& The Steve Penk Breakfast Show for Virgin
Radio. Andy has also hosted 2 Live U.K. tour's of "Robot
Wars" and appeared as Andy O'Brady in Sky's no 1
Soap "Dream Team".
In
1996 Andy returned to his first love "The Theatre" donned
his tights and slapped his thigh as Idle Jack in Dick
Whittington and ever since he has been totally hooked
on panto. As well as performing as Idle Jack he has appeared as
Wishy Washy, Buttons, Muddles & Silly Billy.
